What stage do you work with?+
Pre-seed through Series A. We have raised rounds from HKD 1.5M (angel) to USD 12M (Series A) for portfolio companies.
Do you take equity?+
Optional. We work on either a flat fee or a flat fee + success kicker (cash or warrants). Never just equity — that creates the wrong incentives.
Can you guarantee a raise?+
No, and anyone who does is lying. We can guarantee a deck, model and data room that survive top-tier investor scrutiny, plus warm intros to the right people.
